The Benefits of Cider Vinegar & Lemon

Happy Monday! So, this morning I woke up with a pimple on my face ?. But, I know why. Saturday night I went out to dinner and on the menu was an artisan cheese platter. I LOVE cheese!!! The stinkier the better. But cheese doesn’t love me. I don’t eat dairy…only on very rare occasions when I think it’s worth the CHOICE. So, I ate it…knowing what would happen. ? = Bad belly and a pimple. Now I just deal and move on.

Anyways, today I started a new morning ritual. ? This cocktail concoction is 100% no sugar added Organic Apple Juice, 2 tbsp of Apple Cider Vinegar, and half a large lemon sliced. I made it last night and let it steep in the fridge overnight. Then I drank it up first thing this morning. It was delish! There’s so many benefits of cider vinegar.
