    Crispy Smashed Potatoes

    I LOVE potatoes…lots of different ways.  But, you can get bored of potatoes quickly.  I’ve been seeing so many recipes out there for smashed potatoes that I just had to try to come up with my own recipe and this was soooooo good!  A huge family favorite we will make very often.  What I love about making smashed potatoes is it doesn’t require a knife, or any slicing device.  My kids typically like “chips” vs. a regular baked potato or mashed, so it’s always more time consuming.  These are EASY!  Enjoy!     My 10-Day Shred, I’m Not Negative!, I Heart Stitch Fix, Christmas Baking Tradition, & Paleo Mourad Balls
