    Happy Friday!  Ok…let’s get it right out there, then I’ll move on.  It’s been 16 days since I’ve worked out.  I’m grumpy.  Last Saturday I attempted to back…a full week after surgery…and it was a very bad idea.  Actually it’s my own fault.  The oral surgeon said I could go back to “normal activity”.  She probably doesn’t realize what my “normal” is.  I went upside and did a few hand-stand pushups and when I stood up, I was dizzy, blurry, and nauseous.  It took me the whole day to recover from it.  And Sunday I woke up and thought my face was going to explode.  Basically my sinuses filled with…
