    Healthy Food Tastes Good, Advanced Allergy Therapeutics, It’s Good to Get Lost in a Hospital, OOTW, & Bacon Wrapped Garlic & Herb Meatloaf

    Happy FriYAY!!!  We made it!  Another week down.  I had a pretty good week, actually.  I can’t complain.  Last weekend we had some friends over to watch the Patriots game.  It’s always a good evening when they win, but the company helps 😉  Since Scott and I were in the middle of a Shred10, we made sure we had plenty of compliant game foods.  Buffalo wings, my brother made brisket, ribs…it felt like a meat fest! LOL!  I also made veggies with homemade ranch dressing, paleo artichoke dip with carrots for dipping, shrimp, and a paleo coleslaw made with my homemade mayo.  I, of course, had some fruit for dessert.…
