I Miss My Hunny, Advanced Allergy Therapeutics, OOTW, & Honey Lemon Chicken w/Asparagus

Happy Fridayyyyyyy!!!!  It’s been such a long week.  And now it’s SOOOOOOO COLD!  Brrrrrr….  It’s been a long week mostly because my hubby has been in London since Sunday 🙁  But…he’s coming home today and I can’t wait!  I miss him.  And it’s tough having him gone all week.  Even though he’s been traveling for like…ever…I still hate when he’s gone.  I don’t sleep well.  I fall asleep ok, but I can’t stay asleep.  I wake up almost every hour.  Unbroken sleep is the worst!  I mentioned last week that this month my goal was to get 7 hours of sleep each night.  Well, that kind of went downhill this…

    Crispy Smashed Potatoes

I LOVE potatoes…lots of different ways.  But, you can get bored of potatoes quickly.  I’ve been seeing so many recipes out there for smashed potatoes that I just had to try to come up with my own recipe and this was soooooo good!  A huge family favorite we will make very often.  What I love about making smashed potatoes is it doesn’t require a knife, or any slicing device.  My kids typically like “chips” vs. a regular baked potato or mashed, so it’s always more time consuming.  These are EASY!  Enjoy! Blank Mind, Pay Attention, Stranger Things, & Coconut Cassava Chicken Fingers w/Honey Mustard Sauce

So, it’s Friday….I’m sitting here and I  have to say…my mind is blank this week.  It’s been quite a week for reasons I can’t explain right now, but my focus this week was not on food and coming up with new recipes for the blog.  The good news is…I’ve been eating fantastic because last weekend I prepped sooooo much food!  I’m also doing a 10-day shred with a big group of clients and have been so excited about it.  They are on day 4 today and I’m happy I decided to join them.  It’s kept me focused on not eating crap….especially Halloween candy!  Oh, I ate plenty of halloween candy…

Stay True, My Animal Communication Reading, Christmas Traditions, & Kielbasa & Pineapple Saute

Happy Friday!  It’s blog day 🙂  And I’m actually on time this week…YAY!  So, I wanted to chat about a few things this week.  Remember last week I talked about “never say never”?  A lot of times in our lives, we say this, but for me, I’ve learned every time I say it, I end up doing it.  But, when we are passionate about something and someone we are close to says “I will never” or doesn’t fully support you in what you are doing, it can be upsetting.  How come they don’t know the “never say never” rule?  Not everyone does.  Or maybe they are just stubborn.  But, as…
