    Happy Monday!  Yup…It’s school vacation and I’m three days late on this blog!  Actually, I wrote most of it on time, then ran out of time and didn’t get it out.   So, I’m thinking I may need to change the day I write and post my blog.  Why?  Well, I typically start writing on Thursday night, then finish off and post on Friday morning.     Happy FriYAY!!!  We made it!  Another week down.  I had a pretty good week, actually.  I can’t complain.  Last weekend we had some friends over to watch the Patriots game.  It’s always a good evening when they win, but the company helps 😉  Since Scott and I were in the middle of a Shred10, we made sure we had plenty of compliant game foods.  Buffalo wings, my brother made brisket, ribs…it felt like a meat fest!     No Wifi, Never Say Never, Why I Am The Way I Am, & Spicy Coconut Shrimp

    Ugh…it’s Friday. And my frustrations this week have been through the roof!  Which is why this post is so late this week.  First and least important, I didn’t have wifi for 3 days this week. I didn’t realize how much I relied on it until we didn’t have it. Not only for work, but the kids needed it for homework. So yeah…we got a hotspot, but that uses up so much data.
